Job Description: 

DSS is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver project management and evaluation services for the development and implementation of crisis services in South Dakota, including 988, mobile crisis, virtual crisis care and appropriate regional facilities. It is estimated this work would be a 1.0 FTE for 12 months from award date.

Based on subject matter knowledge, vendor will provide project management, technical assistance and needs assessment of crisis services contracted by the DSS Division of Behavioral Health.

Activities include but are not limited to:

• Manage and direct day-to-day project activities with contracted vendors in partnership with the Division of Behavioral Health;

• Oversee project timeline management and budget monitoring;

• Coordinate project meetings;

• Complete required federal reports;

• Coordinate data collection activities; and

• Complete project evaluation including identification of areas of strengths and gaps/needs.

Vendors responding to this work order request should have subject matter knowledge in the Crisis Now model, as well as current crisis service delivery in South Dakota.
