Position Summary
As the Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) Architect\Data Specialist,will assist in managing configuration changes for new clients and enhancements for existing business areas.This individual will also lead the data analysis process and implement PowerBI dashboards for users.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, configurations and create workflows.
- Configure and manage Microsoft Dynamics CRM entities, entity relationships and field customizations.
- Collaboratively design, document, configure and implement business rules, workflows, custom actions and business process flows within the CRM and interfacing technologies, including email campaign platform.
- Document and manage future requirements, translating business requirements into functional specifications for use in additional phases of CRM implementation, aligning with Microsoft Dynamics CRM release schedule and interfacing technologies.
- Perform business and data analysis to understand the operation model and underlying data characteristics of business lines using the CRM tools, acting as product(s) champion to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
- As a data specialist, this resource will use Power BI/Data Analytics to enable business areas to efficiently visualize large amounts of data from across Bank communication channels highlighting data insights previously requiring hours of manual work for each review.
- The data specialist will also have responsibilities in helping to manage the data within the CRM suite of tools, integrate internal and external data sources based on client needs, and oversee data cleansing as clients onboard to CRM.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline required
- 5+ years of experience in supporting and/or implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- 3+ years of experience creating data models and visualizations using PowerBI
- Experience with PowerApps and Power Automate a plus
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM Customization and Configuration certification a plus
- Experience administering Cvent a plus
- Experience providing strategic counsel to management regarding optimal use of CRM based on data analysis and industry best practices
- Strong time management, organizational and follow-up skills
- Work successfully with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively in both an oral and written format
