? An IT professional with 4-5 years of experience with at least 2 years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics CRM ? Good understanding and Project experience in Dynamics 365 Online; Modules: Sales , Service , Field Service Handling tickets are in ticket management system (Snow) ? Handling user management activity in MSD 365 (Security role , teams , BU) ? Managing the windows servers and troubleshoot issues related server. ? Should have Azure Basic knowledge ? Basic knowledge on Sql server , Sql query , Reporting and Windows Upgrade and Patching. ? Troubleshooting bug on the application ? Having good communication. Liaising with end users , Clients and third party vendors. ? Power Platform (Nice to have) ? Willing to work on night shifts
