The CRM Project Manager is a driven team member with a passion for collaboration, dedicated to assisting teams in enhancing and delivering their optimal performance. 
This individual will support the Customer Experience team in strategizing and coordinating project timelines, monitoring project deliverables, and ensuring timely project completion. 
The CRM Project Manager handles spontaneous projects and thrives in a dynamic, high-performance environment.
The main project includes Customer Care Programs, which include strategic direction, overall program management, and coordination with key partners, including agencies, printers, and internal departments.
Support the Customer Experience team with auditing, reporting, documentation, and administrative tasks. 
Handling Support requests, auditing, and tracking various projects.
Manage ad-hoc tasks and small projects to improve Customer Experience.
Keep track of ongoing activities and provide regular updates.

Required Skills:
1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Well-versed in Microsoft Office products (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
Ability to manage multiple projects and work streams with attention to detail.
Comfortable working with internal and external business partners and following up on project deliverables and documentation.
Communicate clearly and ability to deliver complex messages.
Highly organized and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Some experience using Agile/Scrum/Kanban/Lean practices and using Jira & Confluence.
