Role:
Team: This is on the Technology Lifecycle Management team under ETS (Infrastructure). They are helping create the foundation and backbone of the ServiceNow product across the Enterprise via strategy, roadmapping, governance, and collaboration.

Must haves:
7+ years within system architecture/design related to CSDM (Common Service Data Model) – CSDM implementation experience
3+ Hands on CSDM 4.0 experience with ServiceNow
Bringing all ServiceNow modules together
mapping models
proven track record of producing artifacts on how things will get done
MS Power App / Power BI and the ability to do “no code development” or “low code development”
Show and articulate demos and information within these tools – translating information to the “why” and “what”
Ability to understand business requirements but also understand how things would translate in a product like ServiceNow
Agile exposure
Required Soft skills:
Comfortable asking questions
Ability to show what’s worked and what hasn’t worked in previous roles/environments
Proven track record of working with VPs and above
Inquisitive mindset

Nice to haves:
Deep understanding of ServiceNow/ITSM/ITAM
APM (Application Portfolio Management) experience
