We at Innovaccer are looking for a Customer Engineering Manager who will be acting as Technical Project Manager and  will be largely responsible for leading and supervising a team of engineers as they develop, test, modify, and create solutions to technical problems.

A Day in the Life

  • Supervise and lead Data Analysts, Decision Scientists and Quality Analysts.
  • Direct and coordinate production, operations, quality assurance, testing, or maintenance
  • Writing product requirement documents
  • Implements and tracks development timelines
  • Negotiates feature sets with the development leads and product teams

What You Need

  • Project, vendor, people, stakeholder coordination and strong communication skills
  • Experience with delivering small, medium and large integration and analytics project.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams from IT, software engineering and business domains
  • Should have minimum 8 to 15 Years of experience
  • Must be able to navigate thru competing for/shifting priorities, demands and timelines
  • Hands on experience in extracting data using SQL, NoSQL to analyze data
  • Some experience with relational databases.
  • Using data inspection tools and create mapping documents.
  • Basic experience with scripting (shell, Perl, Python)
  • Understanding of REST APIs, Web services, service-oriented architectures
  • Challenges and benefits of data extraction in In-Premise and Cloud deployments.
  • Any experience with NoSQL databases and big data is a bonus.
  • Good experience into Project Delivery
  • US Healthcare Domain Experience will be plus.
  • Good with Agile Methodology
