Position Summary:
Our client is looking for a motivated and experienced customer support department manager to lead and “grow” our customer facing service activities. The customer support department manager will be responsible for driving superior service products to business clients through policies, procedures, and setting of goals. They will be up-to-date on industry practices and trends, as well as have the capacity to scale the department as we grow. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background along with proven experience working in a customer support leadership position, show excellent interpersonal skills, have great communication skills, and be a role model and mentor to staff.
