To determine necessary competence required for the job (Dedication/Punctuality/initiatives/consistency)
Implement new policies in recruitment to ensure faster recruitment. Accountable for Below Tasks
Should be able to achieve the target for each account assign.
Responsible for profitability of each accounts assigned e.g. Margin.
Should be able to maintaining good repot and relationship with accounts and generating more business from the existing account. Reporting to management monthly for overall business.
Should be able to achieve team target for each account assign to him/her
Responsible to assign the requirement on daily basis as per the work load in the team
Should be able to up gradation of technical knowledge in team and providing enough training on technical skills as well as behavior skills on regular basis.
Responsible to measure the effectiveness of the training. (Technical skills)
Responsible to motivate the team members.
Should be able to check the quality of the resume submitted by the recruiters and set the high standar d for the same and also has to make sure that TR meets those standards.
Responsible to discuss the complexities of the position and provide the plausible solutions to them.
Responsible for keeping track of team members progress by preparing reports.
Responsible for the client coordination as per the requirement.
Should be able to set up the interviews.
Responsible to keep the track of all the positions and their Due dates.
Responsible for the performance of the Sr. Technical Recruiter in ter ms of his/her mentoring skills and guide him on each and every aspect as far as team management and performance is concern.
Responsible assisting team members on sourcing, resume formatting, understanding requirement, understanding client, & technical terms
Mentoring and caching junior team members to next level UG: Any Graduate in Any Specialization PG: Any Postgraduate in Any Specialization EDUCATION & TRAINING KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
Experience: 5+ experience working in US Staffing Industry with min 2+ years of experience leading / managing teams
Should be able to mentor Jr Recruiters in basic tasks like 2nd level closing, interview set ups, submitting candidates on cl ient portals and taking care of tasks in Managers absence
Should have excellent English communication skill
Candidates from US Staffing industry / Consulting Firm / Contract to Hire Agency with Hands on experience on sourcing and End to End Recruitment experiences will get preference.
Ability to demonstrate Full Recruiting Lifecycle (gathering requirements, c andidate prospecting, candidate screening, Negotiations, candidate submission, follow-up, Interview & On Boarding etc.)
Proficient in sourcing right candidates through extensive portal search and Vendors.
Should have excellent communication, convincing skills and negotiation skills
Excellent understanding of technology and associated technical skill sets
Candidate shall be self-motivated & high on achievement orientation should have the ability to deliver results and handle pressure.
Comfortable to work in night shift and Must be able to commute by himself SKILLS & ABILITIES
