General Duties & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of basic office equipment, including a personal computer and electronic key system (EKS) telephone with a headset. Key responsibilities include:

  • Communicating and recording information accurately.
  • Questioning others to determine specific needs.
  • Dealing with people patiently and professionally.
  • Proofreading and correcting errors on forms or records.
  • Receiving and placing telephone calls efficiently.
  • Handling large accounts or more complex issues.
  • Leading, teaching, guiding, and motivating teams.
  • Providing first-level problem resolution.

Skills Required

  • Strong communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work patiently with diverse individuals.
  • Proficiency in proofreading and verifying information.
  • Experience in handling challenging situations effectively.
