Job Summary:

Candidates for this position will be working with customers to address brokerage complaints

Required Skills:
Series 7 required – MUST BE ACTIVE (or within 2 year window so it may be re-activated quickly)

Brokerage operations experience

Customer service experience

Microsoft Products

Strong Verbal/ written communication Skills

Preferred skills:

2+ years of Customer Service, Financial Services, or Contact Center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

30 days of onsite training
Rotating schedule of 5 days in office one week and then 5 days remote the next after training is complete
