Responsibilities

·        Primary point of contact for the Customer for all projects

·        Help Customers implement services and plan projects effectively

·        Ensure that contract terms and conditions are met

·        Escalation Management

·        Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

·        Work with sales teams to generate new business

Requirements and skills

·        Proven experience as an Onsite Program Manager, min 3-4 years of experience

·        Experience in technology around Java and Cloud, min 5-8 years of experience

·        Delivery management experience, min 5+ years of experience

·        Strong organizational and multitasking skills

·        Customer-oriented approach

·        Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

·        Sharp business acumen

·        Problem-solving aptitude
