Responsibilities:

·        Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels promptly and professionally.

·        Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and promotions to customers.

·        Communicate and work with clients in the U.S. to support their business.

·        Assist customers in resolving any issues that may arise.

·        Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records.

·        Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolutions.

·        Updating data in Excel and Google Docs.

·        Creating and updating Product documentation, customer success documentation

·        Managing and updating project progress updates

·        Strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and service level agreements.

 

 

Must have skills & and competencies:

·        Ability to think quickly and respond to a customer's needs.

·        Very good communication skills in English are a must, as the customers are all in the U.S.

·        Experience with CRM, and related ticketing systems and programs.

·        Knowledge of MS-Office (MS-word, MS-Excel, PowerPoint) as well as Google software (Meet, Chat, Slides, Sheets, Docs, Drive)

·        Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.

·        Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet to provide timely solutions.

·        High attention to detail and accuracy when managing customer information and inquiries.

 

Eligibility:

 Masters in business administration / bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering
