Qualifications and Experience:

  • University graduate, preferably with a background in Dutch Language Philology or related fields showcasing fluent spoken Dutch language skills.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates with outbound contact center experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
  • Strong dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency in both written and verbal communication in Dutch/Flemish/Polish languages.
