CW Technology Lead

Provide SME level support for engineering CAD software applications, including Autodesk application suite

(AutoCAD, Vault, Inventor, etc), Dassault Systemes, Polyworks, as well as other proprietary applications.

Demonstratable experience configuring and supporting high end CAD applications (Autodesk, Dassault

Systemes, etc.)

Responsible for supporting physical, virtual, and cloud-based engineering CAD environments.

Experience supporting Autodesk Vault environments.

Coordination, installation and on-going support for Windows 10 CAD compatible applications.

Candidate must have good communication & customer service skills.

Candidate must have ability to create clear, concise, detailed, and professional technical documentation.

Requires excellent troubleshooting, diagnostic, root cause analysis, and problem-solving skills.

Self-starter, have good project management skills, and follow defined corporate processes & policies.

As needed, ability to work flexible hours, overtime, and provide 24x7 on-call coverage to support production.

Extended walking required to support end-user equipment and infrastructure distributed in a 2.6M sq ft facility.

Ability to travel to manufacturing facilities for support activities, as needed (USA, Mexico, Canada

Ability to climb ladders and staircases as needed to access supported equipment.
