CX Techno-Functional Lead

Mandatory:

1. Client facing prior experience is mandatory and prior onsite experience is a Good to Have.
2. Should be able to do consulting and solutioning for all Oracle CX Applications, independently in a client facing environment
3. Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud Implementation Certification is a Good to Have.
4. Experience in collaborating with clients/stake holders.
5. Minimum 2 end to end Oracle SCP Cloud implementation projects experience is mandatory.
6. Experience in CX Marketing, Sales and Service.
7. Should have Minimum 7 to 5 of Work Experiences with CX Products. 3 years in Oracle CX Cloud is mandatory.
8. Must have Visual Builder work experience.
9. Strong oral and written communication skills is a MUST

Job Description:

1. Techno functional support for OCX Marketing, Sales and Service modulesfor the client.
2. Strong problem-solving skills with a good process understanding on the Oracle CX cloud modules which includes Marketing, Sales and Service.
3. Handling 3rd party integrations with Oracle CX cloud system.
4. Understand the Business Requirements/Functional Specifications and develop Reports.
5. Understanding and work experience on the Database and Data Lake integrations.
6. Designing, develop and testing data conversion objects, integrations, extensions and custom BIP reports from functional standpoint.
7. Unit and Performance testing experience using any advance testing tools. Preferably working with Jira application is added advantage.
8. Understand the business requirement and recommend a robust integrated design solution aligned with Digital Tools and Accelerators
9. Produce artifacts such as fit gap documents, configuration workbooks, functional design specifications, RTM, user stories, validation test scripts, training documents etc.,
10. Participate in quality assurance process for all functional deliverables
