We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Capabilities Development Expert to join our team. The selected candidate will provide support for the development, analysis, and acquisition oversight of cyber capabilities. This role involves supporting the development of operational and technical architectures, conducting mission analysis, functional analysis, and requirements analysis, and providing subject matter expertise on key cyber technologies and capabilities for offensive and defensive cyber operations.

Key Responsibilities:-

Cyber Capabilities Development Support: Support the development, analysis, and acquisition oversight of cyber capabilities, including operational and technical architectures.

Analysis and Assessment: Conduct mission analysis, functional analysis, and requirements analysis. Support the conduct of materiel solution analysis (e.g., EoAs/AoAs), identify alternatives, evaluate alternatives, and conduct cost and performance analysis. Incorporate analysis results into the Cyber Risk Management Tool (CRMT).

Efficiency Studies: Support efficiency studies related to performance and scalability and interoperability of capabilities for cyberspace operations. Conduct assessments on program/project cost, development schedule, and performance.

Subject Matter Expertise: Provide subject matter expertise on key cyber technologies and capabilities for offensive and defensive cyber operations. Assist in analyses and assessments of the development of cyber capabilities.

Documentation and Presentation: Develop, author, and present documents, briefings, or presentations of results and recommendations as directed, usually on a weekly basis.

CRMT Development: Continue development of the Cyber Risk Management Tool (CRMT) to track critical cyber vulnerabilities across weapons systems and defense critical infrastructure..

Required Skills:-

• Developing JCIDS requirements documents (ICDs, IS-ICDs, CDDs, IS-CDDs) IAW CJCSI 3170.01H- JCIDS Instruction, including urgent needs requirements process
• Acquisition and/ or development of capabilities for cyberspace operations
• Operational employment of capabilities for cyberspace operations,
• The conduct of analysis and operations research of cyberspace operation
• DoD PPBE System, Acquisition Process, and JCIDS
