Responsibilities

Work through scanning tool results in ServiceNow, analyze and prioritize re,tion efforts based on risk level: Critical, High, Medium and exploitability.

Coordinate assignment or re,tion of application vulnerability tickets.

Engage vulnerability management team and others as needed for issues such as scanning tool problems, misassigned tickets, etc.

Ability to communicate across teams and track ongoing issues until completion.

Track progress of related items such as vulnerability tickets, security exceptions and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.

Provide advisory support and process walkthroughs to facilitate resolution of application vulnerabilities.

Coordinate with application teams and submit CClientB updates for configuration items with inaccurate information.

Coordinate with application teams and submit change requests to re,te application vulnerabilities.

Coordinate and assist application teams with opening tickets with 3rd party vendors.

Qualifications

 

  • Strong time management skills with ability to meet deadlines.
  • Technical experience with Windows Server and Red Hat Linux
  • Recent experience with one or more IT Service Management ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred) with experience analyzing ticket data for decision making.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority.
  • Minimum of one year working in the field of Information Technology
  • Experience with application vulnerability assessment and prioritization preferred.
  • US Citizenship is required.
