The Role Will Be Accountable For The Following

 Defining user stories and gathering and translating requiements from the buisines users into

technical requirements that can be used by the development team to deliver a solution

 Delivering process improvements and clear workflows with clear communications to the end

user;

 Facilitating internal communication (discussions, decision making and conflict resolution) and

fostering effective collaboration between teams;

 Working with product owners to manage backlogs and define new requests including the

definition of clear and testable acceptance criteria;

 Driving and managing workshops to map workflows, processes and gather requirements,

with avariety of stakeholders – Technical, Non technical, Heads of department;

 Obtaining cross team consensus, in order to drive progress forward towards a goal;

 Working with stakeholders to manage scope and ensure prioritized product backlog is

refined periodically to align with customer priorities

 Managing queries and engagements from various stakeholders and teams;

What you will bring to the role

 Experience working as a Business Analyst within an agile Software Development team for at

least three years;

 5+ years woring as a Busines Analyst and relevant industry certification;

 Excellent skills and knowledge of collaborative leadership, facilitation, situational awareness,

conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency;

 Knowledge of the patterns and techniques used in an Agile project e.g. burndown metrics,

backlog tracking, velocity, task definition, retrospectives and defect management;

 Experience in defining artifacts used in Agile delivery eg epic, stories, tasks;

 Excellent communication skills and able to drive and manage workshops independently;

 Experience of managing stakeholders

 Competency in Microsoft Excel, Visio and PowerPoint in order to conduct data analysis and

present raw data in a simplified manner displaying trend analysis and highlighting

outliers/exceptions;

 Experience in deliverying process flow diagrams and process improvements assocaited with

complex system flows;

 Knowledge of different Coud environments (eg Alibaba, GCP, AWS, Azure);

 Ability to speak, read and write in English;

 Experience with working on ticketing tools eg JIRA and ServiceNow
