Contract Role || Cyber Security Engineer L3 Support || 100% Remote

 

We are looking for a resource with OneTrust expertise. A practitioner having L3 skills with hands on experience in OneTrust.

 

Role: Cyber Security Engineer L3 Support

Contract length - 6 months initially, likely to be extended 1+ year

 

Start date - asap in January

 

Preferred time zone - Central time

Visa: All visa except H1B

100% Remote

 

Application Management in the form of Service Request or Incident

Incident Management

Resolution of defects – application support for in-scope use cases

Inventory

Organization visibility filters

Homepage announcement

Email settings

Email templates and branding

Dashboard

Liaise/Coordinate with the product team for product related issues. Examples include:

  • One Trust application unavailablity
  • Any issues concerning Onetrust platform
  • Single Sign on issues (SSO)

Create a ticket and coordinate with the infrastructure Team for issue resolution

Extract logs and share them with the cloud operations Team to support the incident resolution process

Maintain trouble shoot solution functionality issues for in scope modules

Data Import/Update/Export

  • Perform data imports and update existing data
  • Perform data exports

Change Management

Coordinate with stakeholders to gain input to resolve user specific issues and service requests as applicable

Creation and maintenance of user group, field group etc

Minor tool modifications

Minor Changes – field addition/changes, value list updates, label changes

Filter customization, homepage customization etc

Add/update notifications contents

 

 

Tune and optimize workflows as necessary

  • Assist in the soft launch
  • Manage clients change management process
  • Configure and onboard business users
  • Assist with coordinating training sessions
  • collaborate with socializations
  • Final approval to go steady state and
  • Assist with updating work instructions as necessary

Support release management: Support deployment of releases for inscope support activities

Documentation: Prepare daily/weekly/monthly project specific reports as agreed between the parties

Development/Enhancement

New functionality using native Onetrust platform features only

Modify existing workflow

New workflow in the existing modules

Custom calculations

Adding new groups

Adding values to drop down

Configure fields and layouts

Training Guides – supplemental to the OneTrust training, where necessary

Updated work instructions, user guides, admin guides etc where necessary

Socialization and communication material (e.g. Power point deck, email, webinar etc)
