Job Description / Responsibilities / Skills:
- Experience in monitoring the availability, operational stability and system performance of server/network components of the security tools installed in organization.
- Able to diagnose and resolve any system problems, working with other technical teams and vendors when required.
- Experience in planning, coordinating and performing minor version upgrades of the server components of security tools.
- Experience in planning, coordinating and performing maintenance activities such as software and/or agent repair and reinstallation on server/network operating systems.
- Proficient in developing, testing and deploying scripts for software and/or agent upgrades and bug fixes when required.
- Experience in performing day to day service request fulfilment when required and providing fix support for security platforms.
- Required to be responsive to after office calls and weekend duties as part of the requirement for platform support.
- Able to participate in Disaster Recovery exercises when needed.
- Willing to learn and support new products, and always explore ways to improve operations and improve efficiency.
- Able to take ownership of tasks/issues assigned and ensure proper resolution and closure.
Skillset (Good to have)
Experience in streamlining processes by replacing manual tasks into automation to increase efficiency and sustainability.
