JOB DESCRIPTION

• 5+ years of IAM experience with strong knowledge in support of CyberArk’ s toolsets, security concepts, and security product support, and in the identity access management domain.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL
• Minimum of 1-2 years of Windows and Linux systems administration experience.
• Experience and working knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, MS SQL, Sybase, Oracle DB, AS400, RACF, SSH, RDP authentication protocols, and firewalls.
• Experience supporting web applications, load balancers (F5, GTM, and LTM), TLS certificates, SSO, and Disaster Recovery concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving skills coupled with the ability to collaborate with and lead teams toward resolution.
• Experience with Data analysis/requirements gathering, documentation and reporting skills.
• Undergraduate degree coupled with identity management experience in a large organization, preferably a financial institution.
• Demonstrated ability in written and oral communication skills along with strong presentation skills. Ability to determine the information and communication needs of the stakeholders and project.
• Strategic problem solver with strong organizational, project management and time management capabilities.
• Able to meet consistently high-quality standards while handling a variety of tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience working on multiple assignments and tasks concurrently, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines while handling stressful situations with emotional intelligence
