Responsibilities
§ Diagnose and resolve complex issues with CyberArk and HashiCorp Vault.
§ Provide advanced technical support and guidance to Level 1 support team.
§ Collaborate with product development teams to escalate and resolve critical bugs and issues.
§ Handle critical incidents and ensure timely resolution.
§ Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
§ Assist in the deployment, configuration, and integration of CyberArk and HashiCorp Vault.
§ Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
§ Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for clients and internal teams.
§ Create and maintain detailed documentation of issues, resolutions, and best practices.
§ Report on support metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Skills and Qualifications
§ Deep understanding of CyberArk PAS (Privileged Access Security) solutions.
§ Proficiency in HashiCorp Vault, including installation, configuration, and management.
§ Familiarity with security protocols, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
§ Strong knowledge of scripting and automation (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
§ Several years of experience in IT security, particularly with CyberArk and HashiCorp Vault.
§ Hands-on experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
§ Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
§ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
§ Ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
Certifications
§ CyberArk Defender, Sentry, or Guardian certifications.
§ HashiCorp Certified: Vault Associate or other relevant HashiCorp certifications.
