Cyberspace Defense Training Instructor – Army Cyber Center of Excellence (CCoE)

We are looking for of an exceptionally skilled individual to deliver Instructional Services for the U.S. Army Senior Leader Development College's Cyber Network Defense (CND) programs. The contractor will be responsible for refining existing course materials, and offering instructional services to ensure students achieve expertise in Cybersecurity roles, particularly for the 25D3 Cyber Network Defender and 255S Cyberspace Defense Technician positions.

Position Summary
The applicant is expected to offer instructional support and contribute to training development for courses linked to the U.S. Army Cyber School. Instructors will mentor students, adapting to their learning needs while progressively presenting them with more challenging tasks. When not actively instructing or preparing for instruction, either as a main or assistant instructor, they will engage in the consistent evaluation and enhancement of all EW course materials.
The individual will be tasked with creating the curriculum and handling Instructor/Writer duties, which include crafting training documents, like lesson plans, and employing the Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate (ADDIE) methodology.
Basic Qualifications
· Foster a mentality of aggressive self-development in Cyber School students.
· Graduate from an approved U.S. Army MOS-producing EW Course.
· Two (2) years of operational military EW experience at the brigade-level equivalent or higher, military experience with a CEMA and/or Signal Intelligence (SIGINT) background.
· One (1) year of technical experience or operational background in Telecommunications, Electrical, and its subset, Radio Frequency (RF) Engineering.
· Possess advanced writing skills (e.g. tailoring content and delivery for different audiences using Bloom's Taxonomy).
Education Requirements
· The candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree or 3 years of additional experience listed above.
· Possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Mathematics, or a similar STEM-related field And
· Possess or able to obtain within six months CFD-IC certification.
· CISM, CySA+, CISSP or Equivalent DoD 8570 certification
Preferred Additional Qualifications
· Graduated from the Army Basic Instructor Course (ABIC) and Support Cadre Training Course (SCTC)
Have expertise in office automation tasks encompassing word processing, email, spreadsheets, presentations, and other PC-based applications.
Be adept at converting rough drafts into polished documents, such as letters, reports, and forms.
Manage records, historical data, and survey findings, and maintain a reference library of training catalogs, regulations, and various publications.
Organize and uphold office functional and reference files. Be familiar · knowledge management tools like SharePoint, the Army's training requirements and resources system (ATRRS), and Blackboard.
