Key Responsibilities and Technology Experience:

Dive into large data sets, uncover insights, and provide impactful recommendations to a diverse set of stakeholders
Connect the dots across through myriad data streams(Call Center, Network, Dispatch and Mobility) in the performance of end to end data analyst. 
5 or more years of experience in process, systems and data analysis in the Telecom network and field operations domains. 
Experience in the application of statistical analysis to data . 
Verifiable ability to deliver data driven process and system improvements
Understanding of the Telecom wireline end to end architecture (BSS and OSS). 
Attention to detail, quality of work, ability to produce clear, concise work products 
Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills 
3 years of Experience with the use of Data tools and software(SQL, Python, Excel, Tableau, R)
Degree in Operations Research / Operations Management/MBA.
