Engagement Description

 

  • Resource will support Workforce Reporting during our platform migration and after during optimization work to reach steady state. Resource will build, test, deploy, document, remediate defects, and support Tableau reports and dashboards of varying complexity, including the build out data sources (views), queries, and files where needed to support specific reporting needs for our call centers.
  • Resource will provide status in meetings, collaborate with team members on best practices, and advise leadership of risks or issues to meeting dates or that prevent progress and recommend mitigation or contingency steps.

     

Required Skills/Experience

 

  • SQL
  • Tableau
  • Databricks
  • Experience using SQL to pull data from databases to answer questions
  • Experience building reports and dashboards using large business data sets
  • Experiencing joining datasets for Tableau reporting
  • Proven ability to work independently and with direction
  • High communication skills

     

Preferred Skills/Experience Optional but preferred skills/experience. Include:

 

  • Experience working with standard Call Center KPIs
  • Experience telling storys thru data
