Must Skills: Data Analysis with SSIS or SSRS

 

We need :

  1. Very good communication skills.
  2. Decent academics
  3. Exposure to SQL/PL/SQL is a plus.
  4. Experience in SSIS / SSRS.
  5. Exposure to data analysis and any related tools is a plus.
  6. Exposure to O2C/pricing modules is a plus.

Overall proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL,  data analysts to efficiently access, manipulate, analyze, and report on data stored in relational databases. Work effectively with structured data, derive insights, and contribute to data-driven decision-making within the organization. 

 

A mix of senior and junior resources that complement each other will be helpful. These folks must be trained on C&S Systems -PHQ, Oracle EBs, Deals UI etc. Hopefully, your team members in these areas can do that so that they can get started as soon as possible.

  • Any expertise in Oracle OTC will help with exposure to pricing. The solution built at C&S is homegrown, so not must need.
