Your efforts will enhance decision-making and operational efficiency by supporting key People team KPIs through innovative use of analytics and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop reporting solutions and dashboards to monitor People team KPIs.
  • Perform statistical analysis to analyze trends and provide insightful recommendations.
  • Support the development of data analytic products with self-service capabilities.
  • Spearhead the automation and preparation of regular reports on People team's KPIs.
  • Define business needs through discovery sessions with key stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proficiency in SQL and Python.
  • Experience with Tableau or similar analytics visualization tools.
  • Strong background in data manipulation and analysis.
