Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Analyst & Reporting Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for various data management, analysis, and reporting aspects to support our organization's operations and decision-making processes.Responsibilities:
· Load and compile data from various sources into the system.
· Map data fields and attributes.
· Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in datasets through data cleansing and validation processes.
· Transform data structures and formats as needed to meet business requirements.
· Remediate data issues by collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
· Perform data analysis.
· Summarize and aggregate data to create meaningful reports.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and requirements, and to ensure alignment with organizational goals.Qualifications:
· B.Com or equivalent.
· Proven experience in data analysis, data management, and reporting roles.
· Proficiency in Excel, and data visualization tools.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
· Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present complex data findings clearly and concisely.
· Experience working with large systems (ERP, CRM etc.)
· Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
