Key Responsibilities And Duties
 

• The Senior Data Analyst job is responsible for examining and identifying data patterns and trends that help answer business questions and improve decision-making
• Under limited supervision, the Senior Data Analyst job is responsible for collecting data sources, analyzing and extracting key data and information
• This job also evaluates and monitors data quality to meet the organization's information system needs and requirements
• Responsible for extracting, analyzing, and summarizing data from various end-user related systems; includes investigating and researching anomalies.
• Provides business process, system support, and data quality governance for EUS data through data coordination and integration to ensure efficient processes and consistent data flows.
• Implements tools and processes to support EUS data needs, analytical reporting, and testing standards that ensures data accuracy.
• Develops and designs reports and dashboards to identify key business metrics, trends, opportunities, and gaps.
• Optimizes dashboard reporting for operations and management to ensure data driven decision making and to tell the Service Assurance story.
• Evaluates EUS data to develop recommendations to strengthen data integrity, availability, reduce operational performance risks, and resolve data quality issues
