Position Overview
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team and provide critical insights for our website, app, and Management Information Systems (MIS) across our academies. This role will involve gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to help drive decision-making processes, enhance customer experience, and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Collection and Management: Gather, clean, and organize data from multiple sources, including the website, app, and MIS systems for all academies.
• Analytics & Insights: Analyze user behavior and engagement on the website and app, generating actionable insights to enhance user experience and increase retention.
• Reporting & Visualization: Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present key metrics and insights to stakeholders, providing data-backed recommendations.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze KPIs across the academies to monitor performance, identify trends, and highlight areas for improvement.
• Collaboration with Product & Strategy Teams: Work closely with product and strategy teams to provide insights that inform decision-making and strategy development.
• Data Governance & Compliance: Ensure that data practices comply with industry standards and privacy regulations, and maintain data integrity across all platforms.

Key Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably with a focus on web and app analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and familiarity with app analytics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of data privacy and compliance standards is a plus.
• Interest in or experience with the sports industry is a bonus.
