Job Responsibilities-

Data Collection and Analysis: 
Collect data from internal and external sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and third-party tools. 
Clean, transform, and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency. 
Monitor data quality and consistency and implement processes for data validation and cleansing as needed. 
Analyze data using statistical techniques and data visualization tools to identify trends, patterns, and correlations. 
Reporting and Dashboard Development: 
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and interactive visualizations to communicate key performance metrics and insights. 
Customize reports and dashboards to meet the specific needs of stakeholders and decision-makers. 
Automate report generation and distribution processes to improve efficiency and accessibility. 
Business Analysis: 
Partner with stakeholders across departments to understand business requirements and objectives. 
Provide recommendations and insights based on data analysis to support decision-making processes. 
Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.

Key Skills & Qualifications

An ideal candidate with 1-3 years.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written. 
Expert in MS office (PowerPoints and Excel).
Analytical mindset: Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights. 
Attention to detail: Strong focus on data accuracy, quality, and consistency. 
Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive business impact.
