Data Analyst

Brief Overview

for a proactive and meticulous individual with independent and critical thinking skills. Someone who

does not wait for orders, but looks broadly at the project, dives into each problem and offers their own

ideas and solutions. You will be automating complex manual processes in domains such as Finance,

Insurance, Health Care and others exponentially decreasing repetitive tasks and improving job

satisfaction for our client base. This highly sought-after individual does not lose their cool in ambiguous

or stressful situations, laser focused on solving problems rather than passing blame. A can-do attitude

for the situation at hand; scouring hundreds of documents, writing a query, persuading a client, building

a rocket – the DA will do, ask how to do, learn how do to, or find the right person to do it.

Core Responsibilities

 

• Deep understanding of customers’ needs and business logic presented by use cases
• Ability to clarify requirements with customers
• Train customer SMEs on document labeling according to data set requirements
• Create efficient and effective data collection flows for speed and accuracy
• Offer efficiency improvements to ML models based on ML result analysis
• Define and solve/escalate issues with data collection and ML development in a timely manner
• Provide ML quality reports for customers using OOTB/Custom Tableau Dashboards and Excel
• Proactively look for faults in the implementation and suggest improvements
• Develop and maintain documentation
• Perform QA and testing activities
  
   

Qualifications/Experience

 

• 4-7 years of relevant experience
• Experience of unstructured data analysis, text mining
• Ability to process large volumes of unstructured data quickly and effectively
• Identify useful patterns and use them for optimizing the data collection process
• Experience with client communication
• Advanced MS Excel user
• Independent thinker
