Data Analyst Senior

Job Title : Data Analyst Senior
location: Virginia-Hybrid
Experience : 8+ years
"Open for W2 and C2C"

Must Haves: Python is must have - need to be able to read existing code, but they won't be coding anything from scratch. 
Business scenario and data flow testing experience is a must have, Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis experience is required. 
Emphasis on strong communication and teamwork skills. SAS is preferred, but not required.

Requirements:
-Strong data warehouse and analytics background.
-Create business requirement documentation (BRD), user stories and acceptance criteria for Agile deployments.
Experience in:
-Requirement gathering
-Translating business requirements to technical requirements,
Process/data flow design
-Technical spec design
-Business analysis
-Supporting development, systems integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Manual and automation testing
-Data analysis, verification/validation between source and target.
Strong SQL skills are needed.
-Knowledge of SAS or Python/PySpark is highly desired.
-Big data (Hive/HDFS etc.) / Cloud (AWS) experience is a plus.
-Excellent communication and analytical skills
