-5+ years with SQL (creating / developing SQL queries from scratch based on the business need)
-5+ years ETL experience 
-Experience with Python
-Experience working with call, case and order data from sources such as Salesforce, Remedy, NICE, IVR etc.
-Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel etc.)
