Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

-Support the Platforms Operations team, working on Python, SQL, and data visualization tools like Tableau (or equivalent).

-Maintain the health of systems, address incidents, and track metrics.

-Build tools and communicate process improvements to VPs/stakeholders.

-Collaborate closely to adjust backend processes and monitor system health, without overlapping with risk or governance functions.

Required Skills:

-Proficiency in Python and SQL (must be able to write Python scripts and perform API calls).

-Tableau (preferred but open to those with the ability to quickly learn).

-Strong soft skills for communication with senior stakeholders, including VPs.

-Experience with data transformation, extraction, and tools like Databricks and Spark is beneficial.
