Data Analyst

Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our Enterprise Business Technology team. As a key player, you’ll support our financial platforms, focusing on identifying data trends to prevent revenue loss and ensure timely cash receipts. You will work remotely, collaborating with corporate functions like Finance and Product teams to deliver innovative technology solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the escalation team to identify and resolve data quality issues.
• Participate in Tier 1 and Tier 2 incidents related to data issues.
• Build and maintain anomaly detection and quality control systems.
• Develop and manage Power BI reports and dashboards for transaction processing.
• Contribute to the strategy for new data pipelines and data engineering approaches.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst.
• Proven expertise in solving technical problems using SQL.
• Strong experience with Python (pandas, sklearn, numpy, matplotlib).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or Data Science preferred.
• Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Snowflake is a plus.
• Background in First Party, Third Party, or Workers' Comp Claims Insurance is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Smart Advisor or Decision Point is a plus.
