Job Title: Demand Planner - Amazon Connect - Call Center

Experience with:

- Prefer Amazon Connect or any CTI

- Has experience with building Demand Planner of call center seats

- Statistical modeling experience

- Nice to have Data Science background / experience

- Coordinate with Operations, HR/Recruiting and Finance teams to analyze historical data and forecast demand

- Manage the analyses of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of contact center performance via Key Performance Indicators

- Nice to have SalesForce or any CRM experience
