Marketing and Solution Analyst – Data and Analytics:
As a Marketing Analyst being part of 300 member Data Analytics and Automation Practice growing 25% YoY you will be a growth enabler; you will liaise between customer facing Sales and Business functions of the company (who are selling and delivering Data and Analytics Technology services) and the Technology Practices with Architects and Consultants and help present the latter’s service offerings and solutions to the customers better. You will be required to work closely with the customers to understand their business need, work with the relevant stakeholders internally and propose solutions meeting the expectations. You must have a thorough and broad understanding of all sub-practices viz., Data Platform Services (DW/BI, Data Modernisation, Data Lakes, ETL, Data Migration and Visualisation/Analytics) and Cognitive Automation services (AI/ML, LLM, RPA, Process mining and automation).
The Job location is Chennai (Tamil Nadu).
Responsibilities:
Practice/Sales/Marketing Enablement
Pre-Sales and Solution Activities
Market Research and Publications study on latest Data, Analytics and AI/ML Trends
Own Preparations, updates and Presenting service offerings of the Practice
Discussion on requirements for RFP
Proposal preparation and articulation of Solution
Prepare case studies, collaterals and collaborate to publish whitepapers and articles
Thought leadership activities (writing whitepapers, blogs, webinars)
Work closely with Marketing and Campaign teams to ensure Digital / Web / Handout soft content is prepared for Data Analytics marketing and focussed events
Identify solution-accelerators or new offerings that can be taken to market based on new trends Coordinates the involvement of company resources, including delivery, support functions, and senior leaders to meet the business unit objectives and customer expectations
Co-ordinate with key solution providers and ensure right artefacts and proposal preparation
Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis

Within Aspire: Senior Management, Service Line Heads and Managers, Marketing
Customer Side: CXO, VPs, Product Managers
Experience, Skill and Education Requirements:
Excellent Communication Skills – both Written/Oral, including technical writing skills Understanding of Data, Analytics and AI/Automation areas
Ability to understand and do a cost/benefit/scope analysis of the Technology services
Hands-on experience in Data Cloud, Data Analytics and AI/ML preferred
Prior exposure to at least offshore based Technical Delivery or Consulting for US based Retail or BFS or other Industry customers added advantage
Possess BE / BTech / BCA with 2+ years of experience working for an IT/Software product or services company in Development/Testing/Infrastructure related roles
Masters or Executive Diploma in Business Analytics or AI/ML in Online / Class-room mode from a reputed Institution preferred
