Description

Key Role Requirements:

  • Must have extensive experience as a full-time project manager.
  • Ability to manage project based on execution methodology (waterfall or agile) and perform scrum master responsibilities where applicable.
  • Experience with creating and managing project budgets
  • Experience working on projects with a large number of stakeholders (both business and technical)
  • Experience with either AI (especially with AWS), Digital / Tech Solutions, Mobile Apps, CPRA, Compliance & Regulatory, UI/UX. 
  • Experience with financial services – Loan origination/servicing/insurance or captive finance experience is a plus
  • Tools Experience:  Azure DevOps, Clarity, MS Project, Sharepoint or similar project management tools.
  • Understanding of Project Lifecycle and Software Development Lifecycle process
  • Experience and ability to follow established Project Management processes (RACI, Financial Management, Resource Management, Project Estimation, and Status Reporting)
  • Experience developing project management guidelines, checklist and templates to drive standardization (PMO Governance)

Soft Skills:

  • Ability to operate independently as a driver of projects vs tracking project
  • Strong verbal skills (Articulate and confident when speaking and leading meetings)
  • Strong written skills (Ability to take good meeting notes, formatting of deliverables, verbiage)
