Data architect

We have an immediate long-term opportunity with one of our prime clients for a position of Data Architect work in Orlando, FL OR Las Vegas, NV on Hybrid basis.

Pay Rate: $75/hr. W2

MUST HAVES:

1.  Extensive OLAP/OLTP knowledge and document structure models (not relational)

2. Azure Databricks

3.  Object based/document modeling in NoSQL

4. Git for version control

NICE TO HAVES (OR WHAT GETS THE WIN):

1.   Boomi (how it fits into overall data solution)

2.   SQL Server

PROJECT DETAILS (Size, Scale, Scope):

• What is the scope of work that is being completed?
  • Hands on and technical in large org where they are working with app architects and other architect functions
  • Working exclusively with modeling exercises, converting models and mapping data, team stand up and Scrum meetings daily
• What part of the project is this resource supporting?
  • Day to day responsibilities
    • Mix between OLAP and OLTP workloads expertise. Familiar with data wrangling, how to source data for better consumption, working with app architects and data modeling.  What it looks like and communicate that back from business requirements to data structures. 
    • Object based/document modeling in NoSQL.  How event streams work, topic based systems.  Delivering data across services.  Making sure it is whole across systems. 
    • Fact and dimension architecture
    • Data Warehousing: Kimball and Inman methodologies

ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS:
