Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the organization's hardware infrastructure, including servers, storage systems, and network devices.
  • Perform regular hardware maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Plan and execute datacenter migrations, including coordinating with stakeholders, documenting processes, and minimizing downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and support openshift environments.
  • Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement necessary optimizations.
  • Ensure datacenter security and compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users and internal teams.
  • Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing and future reference.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends related to system administration and datacenter management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Datacenter Engineer
  • Strong knowledge of hardware management, including servers, storage systems, and network devices.
  • Experience with datacenter migrations, including planning, execution, and risk mitigation.
  • Proficiency in working with openshift
  • Hands-on experience with system administration tasks, such as installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard security practices and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
