• Coordinate with the Hands and Feet (H&F) partner to ensure that H&F maintenance is carried out.
• Hands-on Data Center support
• Handling Incidents / Service Request and adhering to contractual SLAs
• Hands-on experience in managing 24x7 global datacentre operations
