Coordinate the plan, build, test, and final acceptance of all four data centers with all work streams (Compute, Storage, Cyber, Database, Middleware, Infra Tooling). 
Coordinate the Definition and Delivery data center Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
Collaborate with cyber to conduct DC penetration testing, and ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of our four Data Centers
