The Data Conversion Specialist will be responsible forconverting existing PDF documents for accessibility compliance with SEC 508 ofthe Rehabilitation Act. Create webcontent pages and ensuring converted documents maintain the integrity andformatting of the original PDFs. Thisrole requires a keen eye for detail, excellent technical skills, and theability to meet deadlines. Proficiency in HTML is a plus.
The Specialist will use the accessibility tool and action wizard tool within Adobe to create accessible and complian tPDFs. In doing so, the Specialist will need to identify form fields, set alternate text, tag text that has not been auto detected and organize the reading order and HTML structure.
