Job Title: .NET Developer

Location: Austin, TX

Duration: 12 Months

The data engineer will be involved in the implementation of the agency's new data and document submission portal in along with other related deliverables, providing technical guidance and assisting the Senior Director, Cloud Development during the data modernization project implementation.

The agency is looking for a Data Engineer with 5+ years of experience in IT projects. This data engineer will build data analytics pipelines, develop web applications in .NET and develop reports. This data engineer will be working on the data modernization project supporting the implementation of the new document and data submission portal along with other related deliverables.

Candidate requirements:

• 5+ yrs of overall exp in IT related systems and projects
• 4+ yrs of exp working with data pipelines and developing web applications
• 2+ yrs developing reports in PowerBI or similar tools
• provide testing and validation to ensure compliance with standards and requirements.
• provide troubleshooting and correct coding errors/issues
• provide status updates
• works with graphic designers and other members of project team to develop site concepts and interface designs.

Candidate skill preference, if available, is for experience in the new client system environment of C# .NET, Azure, SQL and PowerBI among other tools.
