Data Engineer - AWS/Python

Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled AWS Data Engineer to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and optimization of data solutions on the AWS platform.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering and extensive knowledge of AWS services to build and maintain scalable data pipelines.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement data solutions on the AWS platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Build and maintain scalable data pipelines using AWS services.
Optimize data workflows and troubleshoot performance issues.
Ensure data integrity and security across all data solutions.
Develop and maintain data documentation and metadata.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in data engineering.
Strong knowledge of AWS services such as Amazon S3, Amazon Redshift, AWS Glue, and AWS Athena.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, and Scala.
Experience with data integration tools and ETL processes.
Familiarity with database design and data modeling concepts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
