Summary:
Data engineers should be able to: assemble large, complex sets of data that meet non-functional and functional business requirements, identify, design and implement internal process improvements including re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, optimizing data delivery, and automating manual processes, build required infrastructure for optimal extraction, transformation and loading of data from various data sources using AWS and SQL technologies, build analytical tools to utilize the data pipeline, providing actionable insight into key business performance metrics including operational efficiency and customer acquisition, work with stakeholders including data, design, product and executive teams and assisting them with data-related technical issues, work with stakeholders including the Executive, Product, Data and Design teams to support their data infrastructure needs while assisting with data-related technical issues.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify security control requirements in order to build effective and efficient automated tests.
Analyze, pipeline, and transform data from the source so that it can be easily consumed, and visualized to showcase how the control is mitigating risks within the business.
Develop, maintain automation and continuous testing frameworks leveraging scripts to evaluate the effectiveness of security controls across various systems and applications.
Develop and deliver quality and reusable code on schedule.
Leverage Power BI or other solutions to create insightful and visually appealing dashboards to present security control testing results to stakeholders.
Must Have Skills:
Proven experience with Big Query, Hadoop, Teradata, Hive, Apache Spark, Notebooks, UC4, Airflow, Tableau, Splunk, Python, or other equivalent experience
Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL technologies, good understanding of relational and free form databases, including strong data architecture knowledge and SQL/PL-SQL development skills
Experience with Power Automate, Power BI or similar data visualization tools for creating interactive and informative dashboards
Nice to Have:
Ability to think outside of the box, innovating and enhancing how we test controls and Experience with risk and controls testing automation
Years of Experience:
2+ years relevant professional experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Math, Statistics, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience
Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, competencies, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
