Data Engineer

Must have extensive experience in Python, SQL, ETL, Snowflake and Datawarehouse.

100% remote role

Skills:

• Experience building agile, loosely coupled and extensible data infrastructure

• Experience ingestion of data from internal and third party sources and familiarity with data design principles

• Excellent SQL skills and experience with relational databases

• Proficiency in a major programming language (e.g. Java) and/or a scripting language (Perl/Python)

• Strong communication skills and ability to discuss the product with PMs and business owners

• Self-starter who truly enjoys a fast-paced, innovative software start-up environment. An innate desire to deliver and a strong sense of teamwork

• Passionate about groundbreaking technology, enjoys creativity, and has strong written and verbal communication skills.

• experience in a relevant field (Data Engineer, BI Engineer, DW Engineer, Software Engineer, etc.)

• experience with data warehouse technologies (Redshift, Vertica, or similar), data pipelines (ELT or ETL), analytics tools (Tableau or similar) and relevant data modeling standard methodologies
