Job Summary:
We are seeking a Data and Analytics Engineer with a strong foundation in programming, SQL, and a good understanding of the marketing domain. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing high-scalable web and cloud solutions, focusing on data warehousing, analytics, and database management to support our marketing strategies. You will collaborate closely with architects, product designers, and managers to build and enhance our data infrastructure, ensuring its scalability, stability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage our data warehouse, focusing on scalability and efficiency.
  • Design and implement robust cloud-based solutions, primarily on AWS, to process millions of records in both real-time and batch processing.
  • Utilize programming skills, preferably in Python, to create and manage effective APIs and automate data processes.
  • Architect systems considering product requirements, ensuring they are scalable and extensible.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality solution implementation and address performance, scalability, and system extensibility challenges.

Must-have Skills:

  • Proficient in Python programming.
  • Strong SQL and database programming expertise.
  • Solid understanding and experience in the marketing domain.

Industry Experience:

  • Prior experience in marketing analytics or related field is preferred.

Additional Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • This is a hybrid position, expecting collaboration across different time zones, with a potential for extension based on performance and project need.
  • The interview process will consist of two rounds, focusing on technical and architectural understanding.
