As a Data Integration Developer/Sr Developer, you will be responsible for hands-on development and implementation of ETL/ELT data pipelines, Snowflake data warehousing, and CI/CD deployment pipelines. You will work on ensuring data readiness and quality, addressing code or data issues, and collaborating with global teams to drive design and solution standards. 
 

 Experience – 4-10 years 
 

Location: Bangalore| Hyderabad| Pune
 

Key Responsibilities: 
 

Develop and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines for processing and integrating data from various internal and external sources. 
 

Design and implement modern data pipelines for complex data sets, ensuring high performance and meeting runtime/schedule SLAs. 
 

Optimize ETL job performance, handle exceptions, and tune queries for efficient data loads in batch and real-time scenarios. 
 

Address and resolve data quality and code issues, demonstrating strong problem-solving and innovative thinking. 
 

Collaborate with teams across APAC, EMEA, and NA regions to establish design standards, create high-level design documents, and support cross-training and onboarding activities. 
 

Understand and apply SDLC processes, including governance clearance, peer code reviews, unit testing, code deployments, and security scanning. 
 

Utilize Confluence, JIRA/Kanban for story tracking and management. 
 

Conduct detailed root cause analysis, SQL query debugging, and defect resolution while working with business and IT stakeholders. 
 

Qualifications: 
 

Education: 
 

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field. 
 

Experience: 
 

4-10 years of experience in data integration/orchestration services, service architecture, and providing data-driven solutions. 
 

Proficiency in ETL tools such as Talend Cloud Data Integration and strong data warehousing concepts. 
 

Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud and Snowflake SQL, including database query and performance tuning. 
 

Knowledge of Qlik Replicate and Compose tools (Change Data Capture) is a plus. 
 

Exposure to the financial domain is considered a plus. 
 

Experience with cloud-managed services, including source control (GitHub), MS Azure/DevOps, is advantageous. 
 

Prior experience with State Street and Charles River Development (CRD) is a plus. 
 

Proficiency in tools such as Visio, PowerPoint, and Excel. 
 

Familiarity with third-party data providers such as Bloomberg, Reuters, MSCI, and other rating agencies is a plus. 
 

Key Skills: 
 

Strong SQL knowledge and debugging skills. 
 

Experience in designing and implementing data pipelines for diverse data sets. 
 

Ability to rationalize problems and deliver innovative solutions. 
 

Excellent attention to detail in root cause analysis and defect resolution. 
 

Strong collaborative skills with experience working across different regions
